About the Studio.

At The Brilliant School, our students are bright! Whether kids, teens, or adults, we work with folks like you who endeavor to be light to the world around you and excellent at your craft.

More than a pretty voice.

While one-on-one lessons are crafted to fit the individual, there are a few standard elements that each person will encounter at The Brilliant School. Each student can expect to increase their knowledge of music reading and music theory skills; each student will work on songs (repertoire) to implement vocal technique; and each student can expect to cut loose a bit, have fun, and enjoy the simple pleasure of singing!

  • “Our kids really love being a part of the Brilliant School! Victoria is wonderful! She is so gifted, knowledgeable and creative and we are grateful that our children have grown in confidence and skill because of being instructed by Victoria.”

    Kathryn

  • “Our daughter has loved voice lessons with Ms. Victoria! She loves getting to be in a class with her friends and having the opportunity to perform what she has learned. She has grown in her knowledge of music, including how to read some music, such as scales and lengths of the notes and rests. Her confidence has improved and it has been a great way for her to grow in something she enjoys.”

Let’s reach your goals, together.

Some students come looking to improve their vocal range, have an audition for which to prepare, a solo performance coming up, or need coaching for their role in the school or community musical. Others come to voice lessons for the purpose of building up their confidence (voice lessons are *great* for this by the way), trying something new, or supplementing other performance skills they have. You may resonate with something on this list, or perhaps you have a different set of musical and performance goals; either way, our goal is to help you achieve yours.

I'm so glad you're here! My name is Victoria Meadows, and I am a Voice Teacher & Coach. Singing is in my DNA- I LOVE it. I was born and raised in Marion, OH and graduated from Ridgedale High School. Like many in our area, I participated in whatever performance opportunities I could, from musicals (since 4th Grade), show choir, ensembles, concert choir, community theatre, piano lessons, acting lessons, and yes, voice lessons - my favorite. As I got older and looked for college opportunities, I knew I wanted to continue my education in the Performance arena. I decided to attend the South Carolina School of the Arts at Anderson University. I graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music (Voice Primary), with a Minor in Theatre, and a Minor in Business. Soon after graduation I moved back to my home town of Marion and launched my own teaching studio. I am continually learning new techniques and strategies, and continually fostering my love of music and singing. The one-on-one time I get with each of my students is a treasure to me, as we work together to improve our skills and develop stronger confidence... and get some laughs in along the way.
